The glow of the full moon, the crisp winter air, the crunch below your feet. Join Louisa County Conservation at Langwood Education Center on Monday, Jan. 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. for a snowshoe adventure.
Experience the beauty of Iowa winter and celebrate the final night of the holiday season with a moonlit snowshoe hike along the trails. Warm up in the lodge around the wood-burning stove with hot cocoa in hand as you learn about the Twelve Days of Christmas. Dress in layers. There will be a per person fee and a per family fee and all level of skills are welcome to attend. Snow shoes of all sizes will be provided in addition to instruction for how to use them. Snow or not, join us for an amazing nighttime adventure!
