The Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office reports that a vehicle driven by Steve Pickard was westbound at 1779 Libertyville Road at 9:09 p.m. Saturday when he lost consciousness due to medical reasons, and his vehicle ran off the road to the left, striking a natural gas line and a fence. The driver was cited for failure to maintain control and open container.

Montana Rose Wilcox, 19 of Birmingham, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. Saturday at Highway 1 and Cedar Creek, charged with possession of alcohol under the legal age and failure to have a valid license or permit to operate a motor vehicle.

Nathan Nelson of Lockridge reported a burglary/breaking and entering a residence in Lockridge Sunday where $200 cash was stolen between 7:35 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
