The Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office responded to an accident at 1:31 p.m. Sunday. Ronald Rex Tedrow of Libertyville and Donald Mace Clarridge of Lancaster, Mo., were traveling north on Douds Road. Clarridge attempted to turn left (west) on Elderberry Road. Tedrow?s vehicle hit Clarridge?s vehicle in the back; Tedrow was charged with following too closely.

Matthew Harrison Coley, 30, of 410 W. Hempstead, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. Saturday at Highway 1 and Libertyville Road and charged with OWI, first offense.
