Mt. Pleasant Middle School will present the two-act play, ?Blackboot?s Lost Loot? by Christy Fredrickson, at 7 p.m., tonight (Friday), at the Heatilator Performing Arts Center, in Mt. Pleasant. The comedy follows Capt. Blackboot and his band of pirates as they search for lost treasure. Blackboot?s plans go a little off course, however, when he encounters the likes of a mysterious castaway, a rival band of female pirates and a trio of ornithologists. The production is directed by Jennifer Stater.
