A Fumigation Continuing Instructional Course for commercial pesticide applicators will be held Nov. 19 at the Jefferson County ISU Extension Office.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and the course runs from 9-11 a.m.
The registration fee is $35 on or before Tuesday and $45 after Tuesday.

The course will provide continuing instructional credit for commercial pesticide applicators certified in categories 7C (Fumigation) and 10 (Demonstration and Research).
Some of the topics to be covered include safe handling of phosphine, pest identification, effective grain fumigation and laws and regulations.
