Social drumming at Sunnybrook
On Wednesday, Aug. 1, beginning at 3 p.m. Sunnybrook Senior Living will be hosting an afternoon of social drumming. According to recent medical studies, social drum therapy has shown to provide a myriad of physical, mental and emotional health benefits. This free, hands-on experience led by certified therapists is open to all ages and musical abilities.
