Southeast Iowa Band presents fall concert
MOUNT PLEASANT ? The Southeast Iowa Band, under the direction of Robert McConnell, will present its fall concert at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Iowa Wesleyan College Chapel Auditorium in Mount Pleasant.

MOUNT PLEASANT ? The Southeast Iowa Band, under the direction of Robert McConnell, will present its fall concert at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Iowa Wesleyan College Chapel Auditorium in Mount Pleasant.
The program will include a variety of musical selections, including highlights from the musical ?Gigi,? ?Dance Rhythms for Band,? ?America? from ?West Side Story,? ?La Fiesta Mexicana? and the theme from ?Schindler?s List? among others.
The Southeast Iowa Band is made up of performers from around the area, including Fairfield, Mount Pleasant, Burlington, Fort Madison, Mediapolis, Ottumwa and Crawfordsville. It also includes Iowa Wesleyan College students.
Admission to the concert is a $5 donation. The Southeast Iowa Band is a non-profit organization.
