The Southeast Iowa Farm Show comes to the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 7.
Now in its 6th year, the Kenny Norton Southeast Iowa Farm Show is rapidly becoming one of the state's best exhibition of agriculture machinery, seed technology, grain handling and more for today's farming operation. Enjoy free admission and join the conversation with exhibitors and attendees. Country music sensation Diamond Rio will take on the Sondheim stage following the Farm Show at 7:30 p.m.
Jefferson County Pork Producers will serve from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. that day.
A special feature of this year's farm show is that all three films in the Fairfield History Series will be shown at the Sondheim this weekend free of charge. The first, 'Life Before Fairfield,” will be shown at 7 p.m. Friday, March 6, followed immediately by the second film, 'Heroes of Fairfield” at 8 p.m. The third film, 'A Place to Grow,” will be shown at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 7.
