Southeast Iowa Union ribbon cutting
Submitted photo The Southeast Iowa Union held a ribbon cutting at its Washington location on Monday, Aug. 5, in coordination with the newspaper's launch. The Union's publisher Matt Bryant spoke briefly during the ceremony thanking the communities for their support as the new regional paper was launched.
