Special service to be held for veterans
In commemoration of Veterans Day, the Marion Avenue Baptist Church will hold a free celebration and concert on Sunday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at 215 S. Marion Ave., in Washington.
Every veteran in attendance will receive a commemorative gift as well as a restaurant gift card to a local business.
The church encourages you to attend this special event to say ?thank you? to our local veterans.
