Cardinal High School?s two state wrestling participants competed Thursday at the State Wresling Meet in Des Moines.

Ryan Cale (113) won his first match and will face 41-4 Alburnett senior Zach Fowler in the quarterfinal round that starts at 3:30 today.

Josh Ramos went 0-2 and ends his the season with the record of 27-13.
