St. Mary holds special events
St. Mary Catholic Church is holding special events during 40 Days for Life.
The movie ?Bella? will be shown at 6:30 p.m. Monday and light refreshments will be served.
The rosary will be prayed 30 minutes before each Mass next week.
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday with prayers especially for an end to abortion. Fetal models will be on display in the gathering space all week.

The church will be open from noon to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday for silent prayer.
Parishioners will participate in the Life Chain 2-3 p.m. Oct. 7 in downtown Fairfield.
