Starks to celebrate 60th wedding anniversary
Fred and Nan Stark of Washington will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022.
The couple were married in 1962 in Tipton, Iowa. Fred and Nan have lived in Washington since 1973, and have two children: David of Chicago, Illinois; and Julie of Kansas City, Kansas.
