Jenny Steffensmeier, owner of Steffensmeier Welding & Mfg., Inc. in Pilot Grove, IA, was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association (FEMA). She joins a 16-member board that advocates for and supports companies across the farm implement supply chain — including manufacturers, component suppliers, service providers, and equipment marketers. FEMA serves the shortline farm equipment industry by fostering education, connection, and collaboration to help its members bring choice, value, and innovation to agriculture.
This election comes as the Association celebrates its 75th anniversary — a milestone honoring decades of dedicated service and commitment to the shortline equipment industry.
Steffensmeier Welding & Mfg., Inc. has been a FEMA member since 2021 and has long supported local farmers and the agricultural economy throughout the Midwest. Under Jenny’s leadership, the company continues its tradition of quality craftsmanship, innovation, and dedication to the people who feed the world.
“I’m honored to serve on the FEMA Board and to represent family-owned manufacturers who play a vital role in American agriculture,” said Steffensmeier. “Our business has deep roots in this community, and I’m proud to contribute to an organization that supports the future of farm equipment manufacturing.”
