School will be starting soon and school supplies are needed to help get Stockport children ready.
Organizers are in need of single subject wide-lined notebooks, wide-lined loose-leaf paper, pencils, markers, colored pencils, scissors, pens with red, blue and black ink, pink erasers and pencil erasers, highlighters, rulers, crayons, glue sticks and glue bottles, folders with pockets and folders with prongs.
Supplies can be dropped off at the Stockport Library. School supplies will be distributed to Stockport children beginning the last week of July through the start of school, during library hours: 3-6 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays and 9 a.m. to noon Thursdays.
The supplies dropped off at the library will go to help the local Stockport kids; the supplies will not go to the countywide distribution in Keosauqua.
