The Stockport American Legion will have its annual fish fry with all the trimmings starting at 5:30 p.m. Friday at the Stockport American Legion Hall. The event will go until the food is gone. Everyone is invited to attend.

The Birmingham Lions Club will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the Birmingham Lions Building. The March committee members are Hugh Shaw and Stanley Knipfer.

The Over 50 and Fabulous Red Hat Society will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Birmingham Lions Building. Hostesses are Alice Stortz and JoAnn Shoemaker.

The Birmingham United Methodist Church board will meet at 7 p.m. March 12 at the church.

A total of 14 units of blood were drawn at a recent blood drive held at the Birmingham Lions Building. Caroll Unkrich reached the 11-gallon plateau, and Hugh Shaw reached the 13-gallon plateau.
