Stout earns Master’s Degree

Ashley Stout, of Mason City, graduated from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake on May 25 with a Master of Science in Education degree and major in Professional School Counseling.
Stout is a seventh-grade science teacher at John Adams middle school in Mason City. She is the daughter of Kim Stout, of Ainsworth, and the late Phil Stout, granddaughter of William and Dorothy Stout, of Ainsworth; Ron and Vicky Helfrich, of Washington; Don and Myrna Tappan, of Leesburg, Fla.; and Richard and Teresa Freel, of Bella Vista, Ariz.
