East Seventh St. from North Seventh Avenue to North Eighth Avenue will be closed for concrete replacement beginning Monday, Sept. 28, at 7 a.m. until Tuesday mid morning. This takes up the entire street and can be completed in a 24 hour period instead of taking nearly all week.
