Student elected Southeast District FFA officer
Rhett Leonard of the Mid-Prairie FFA was elected as a Southeast District FFA officer. He is the 2015-16 Northwest Vice President. The southeast district covers a large area from as far north as Bellevue, Maquoketa, and Belle Plaine, to as far south as Bloomfield and DOnnellson. Rhett will represent the 15 FFA chapters in the NW District.

Rhett Leonard of the Mid-Prairie FFA was elected as a Southeast District FFA officer. He is the 2015-16 Northwest Vice President. The southeast district covers a large area from as far north as Bellevue, Maquoketa, and Belle Plaine, to as far south as Bloomfield and DOnnellson. Rhett will represent the 15 FFA chapters in the NW District.
Rhett was elected on March 7, at the SE District FFA Convention held in Williamsburg. He will serve a one-year term. Some of his duties will include putting together the Chapter Officer Leadership Camp for chapter officers in June and Greenhand Fireup in October. Rhett's district team has six officers and one state officer.
