Students recognized for behavior at FMS
Fairfield Middle School officials have announced the winners of its Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports program drawing for January.
The fifth-grade winners were: Tanner Mellott, Chance Swan, Aurora Spray, Blake Metz, Chris Hulett, R.J. Hawkins, Amritha Kuar, Julie Johannes, Zachary Holcomb, Holden Phelps, Chandler Gerleman, Daniel Baldosier, Jeremy Crile, Blair Grunwald and Jacob Hanley.

Six-grade winners
were: Gabrielle Godwin-Webster, Donovan Lowe, Jaya Ahluwalia, Matthew Swanson, Raven Steele, Megan Higgins, Gracee Lisk, Orion Haessler, Patricia Wilkins, Konnor Burkhart, Maria Horn, Odalis Ascensio, Katie McLain, Damien Johnson and Carter Dehl.
Seventh-grade winners
were: Kiersten Price, Brandon Hoskins, Abyni Garner, Garrett Ward, Alison Godwin, Henry Smith, Danae Drish, A.J. Greiner, River Norwood, A.J. Pohren, Anatta Charoenkul, Stephen Hawkins, Lucero Godinez, Reese Klehm and Austin Adkison.
Eighth-grade winners
were: Ashton Ehret, Claire Christensen, Lucia VanDijk, Mitchel Melvin, Juan Carlos Tello, Corwin Robinson, Kai-Li Diyaljee, Kristen Daugherty, Aaron Haines. James Lyman, Natalie Brader, Celsey Horton, Hunter Drish, Connor Ryan and Clayton Garrison.
To reward positive behavior, the FMS staff has tickets to give to students ?caught doing something above and beyond? or ?consistently performing Trojan PRIDE in their daily life.?
When a student receives a ticket from a staff member, they are to put their name on it, and drop it in their appropriate grade-level bucket in the middle school office. At the end of the month, a drawing is held and students have a chance to win prizes.
