SunnyBrooks in Fairfield, Mt. Pleasant certified as ‘A Great Place to Work’

A Great Place to Work Institute has awarded Sunnybrook Assisted Living in Fairfield and Mt. Pleasant with certification as 'A Great Place to Work” for the second year in a row.

The certification process considered more than 1,000 employee surveys from Frontier Management's locations in 18 states. The employee survey's evaluated over 60 elements of team members' experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization's community impact, belief that their work makes a difference and feeling their work has special meaning.

Brandi Bettin, Executive Director in Fairfield, said 'I am so proud of this certification because it shows how much our employees care about their jobs and the residents they serve.”
