Swedesburg-Olds Fun Day changed to Fun Month

The Swedesburg-Olds S.O. Fun Day committee has made the decision to cancel the traditional S.O. Fun Day event held in June and instead celebrate S.O. Fun Month with individual or small group activities. S.O. Fun Month will run from June 20 - July 19 with the main activity being a scavenger hunt in Swedesburg and Olds. Walk or bike around the two communities and find the local points of interest. You will have all month to complete and submit your scavenger hunt and we will draw for prizes at the end. Additional scavenger hunts and family activity ideas will be released throughout the month as well.

There are three ways to find these activities. Join the Facebook group ‘S.O. Fun Month' to find the scavenger hunt as well as additional activity ideas. You can search or visit facebook.com/HealthyHenryCounty to find the link. Post pictures of your finds, be alerted to other activities, and connect with others. The scavenger hunt files also will be available to download at HealthyHenryCounty.org/active-living/community-events/ or www.swedesburglutheran.org/. Limited paper copies will be available at the Swedesburg and Olds post offices, the west entrance of Swedesburg Lutheran Church, Henry County Public Health, and public libraries in Henry County.
