?Swim Team Here I Come? set

The Fairfield Park and Recreation Department has scheduled a ?Swim Team Here I Come? program to help swimmers prepare to join a swim team.

The program is for boys and girls ages 5 through 16 who need to brush up on their swimming skills and be ready to join a swim team. Participants will work on swimming strokes, diving off starting blocks and building up endurance.

Meeting times are set from 4-4:45 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays Jan. 7-23 at the Roosevelt Aquatic Center.

The instructors are Christy Leazer and Susie Steinbeck.

Swimmers will need goggles, swim cap and a water bottle; all can be purchased at the indoor pool.
