Tailgate party at First United Methodist
First United Methodist Church is asking parishioners to dress casually in their favorite team T-shirts or colors Sunday.
One worship service is planned at 10:35 a.m. Sunday, followed by a tailgate party.
Meat, water, tea and lemonade will be provided. Those attending are asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share and a lawn chair if desired.

Summer Jazz service at First Lutheran
First Lutheran Church is inviting community members to its Summer Jazz service, with the Fairfield All Star Jazz Band, from 9-10 a.m. Sunday.
The 16-piece big band will perform jazz, blues and swing tunes, such as ?Lean on Me,? ?What a Wonderful World,? ?Just a Closer Walk,? ?Saints Go Swingin?? and ?God Bless the USA? sung by Ken Burns.
The music will be surrounded by a worship service, with the Rev. Stacy Grau.
Gospel quartet performs Saturday, Sunday
Glory Road gospel quartet, including Fairfield native Rand Brookhart, will be in concert at 7 p.m. Saturday at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
The community is invited. A reception is planned after the concert in the church dining room. A freewill offering will be collected.
Glory Road also will be singing at the First Presbyterian Church at 10:45 a.m. Sunday.
Brookhart is the son of Marge Brookhart and the late Gordon Brookhart.
