The bride-to-be is the daughter of Tim and Keeta Terrell of Fairfield. She is a recent graduate of University of Northern Iowa and is employed by Waverly child care and preschool.
The groom-to-be is the son of Steve Houk II of Ottumwa and Ron and Kathy Findley of Kellogg. He attended Indian Hills Community College and is employed by John Deere Waterloo Works.
The wedding is planned March 16 at St. Mary of the Visitation Catholic Church in Ottumwa.
