Trojan football alumni invited to tour renovated tunnel

Former football players from Fairfield High School are invited to tour the newly renovated tunnel leading into Trojan Stadium before the school’s varsity Homecoming football game Friday night, Sept. 24.

“Mary players have taken to the field of battle through the tunnel, and we hope to recreate some of the magic you felt when you played,” stated a news release from the Trojan Athletic Booster Club.

The event begins at Trojan Stadium at 6 p.m. with a first-hand look and walk-through of the tunnel. Attendees will then meet at the tunnel at 7:15 p.m., lining the track and being recognized before the game, and welcoming the current players onto the field.

Attendees will receive a commemorative pre-game sideline pass as a souvenir.
