Troop planning Halloween party for Girl Scouts
Girl Scout Troop 2564 will host a Spooktacular Halloween party for all the Girl Scouts in Fairfield from 5:30-7 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Girl Scout Cabin in Old Settlers Park.
The party is an individual event, so parents are asked to bring their children and help them through the booths at their own pace. Organizers estimate it will take about 30 minutes to visit all the booths.

The girls can wear Halloween costumes, but they could get messy.
The girls will receive a special Halloween patch and a gift bag, make crafts and have a snack.
Admission is $1 with two nonperishable food items for The Lord?s Cupboard or $3 with no food donation.
