United Church of Crawfordsville to host potluck

A potluck supper will be held Sunday evening, February 5 at the United Church of Crawfordsville beginning at 4:30 p.m. At 5 p.m. Mike Morgan from Global Ministries will give a presentation regarding some concerns involving the Methodist Church. Ainsworth Community Church is invited to join.

Saturday, January 28. 2023 six 1st Responders attended a meeting in Riverside to get five hours of continuing education towards recertification. This is done annually and conducted by the Washington County EMS Association.

Also,on Saturday, January 28 a Cornhole Bags Tournament was held at the Crawfordsville Fire Station. Twelve teams competed and the winning team was Masters of the Hole.

Youth from area churches are planning to attend a Winter Jam for Youth at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines on Friday, February 10. They are to leave Bethel Church at 1 p.m. and return at 12 a.m.

All community members are reminded of the Lions Pancake Supper on Saturday, February 18, 2023 to be held at the Crawfordsville Fire Station from 4-7 p.m. Pancakes, Sausage, Eggs, Chocolate Milk, White Milk and Coffee will be served for a free-will offering. Dine in or carry out.

A tentative date for the United Church of Crawfordsville's Soup supper is Saturday, March 18.
