Van Syoc honored at U.S. Army promotion ceremony
A promotion ceremony was held July 31, 2015, at Fort Des Moines, for Captain Todd Van Syoc.
CPT Van Syoc is currently serving in the United States Army, as the Company Commander for the HHC, 103rd ESC. He graduated from New London High School in 2004 and University of Iowa in 2010.
He is the son of Larry and Robbie Van Syoc, of New London.
