Veterans dinner at Faith Lutheran Church

Faith Lutheran Church at 910 E. Mapleleaf Drive in Mt. Pleasant would like to honor the veterans of Henry County by providing a free dinner for each veteran and a guest on Sunday, Nov. 11, at 5:30 p.m.
The church's famous Old Threshers meal of beef and noodles with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, coleslaw, rolls and dessert will be served.
Entertainment will be provided by A Cappella, a women's vocal group from the area.
Veterans are encouraged to call the church at 319-385-8427 to make a reservation for dinner by Wednesday, Nov. 9. Leave a name and number of reservations if the church office is closed.
