American Legion Post 29 dedicated this monument located near Blair House on Veterans Day 2015. The monument reads, "Veterans Memorial. Dedicated to the men and women who serve our country in war and peace. All gave some and some gave all." American Legion Post 29 dedicated this monument located near Blair House on Veterans Day 2015. The monument reads, "Veterans Memorial. Dedicated to the men and women who serve our country in war and peace. All gave some and some gave all." Insignias of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine are included, as well as the American flag and the POW-MIA flag. Across the bottom of the monument are the words Duty, Honor, Country. Unfortunately, the monument is difficult to read when it is wet.
