Vocalists selected for their accomplishments
Four Washington High School students were selected to be part of the Meistersinger Choral Festival held at Wartburg College in Waverly. The students were chosen by Dr. Lee Nelson, head of the Wartburg College Choral Department based on their accomplishments so far in vocal music. The four leaders from Washington were Cale Rausch, Lena Adams, Kendan Hanson, and Zoe Wagner (not pictured).

Four Washington High School students were selected to be part of the Meistersinger Choral Festival held at Wartburg College in Waverly. The students were chosen by Dr. Lee Nelson, head of the Wartburg College Choral Department based on their accomplishments so far in vocal music. The four leaders from Washington were Cale Rausch, Lena Adams, Kendan Hanson, and Zoe Wagner (not pictured).
Four hundred students spent the day in rehearsals with guest composer Rene Clausen and Dr. Nelson. The day concluded with a concert in the Wartburg College Neumann Auditorium.
