Volunteer Center celebrates volunteers with party Thursday evening
All Fairfield volunteers are invited to an evening of celebration, 7:30-9:30 p.m. Thursday, at Cafe Paradiso.

The evening will feature entertainment, snacks, merrymaking, and good company, according to Molly Reiff Martlin, executive director of Fairfield Volunteer Center.
?The community of Fairfield is a richer, more vibrant place because there are so many people who reach out to others, looking beyond their own daily lives for the betterment of others,? said Reiff Martlin. ?We want to celebrate volunteers and all that they do.?
The volunteer center and RSVP Program will honor and recognize a few volunteers for their outstanding community service in 2010 that evening as well.
