Volunteers needed for playground
Volunteers are needed to help work on the Lockridge playground and park beginning at 7 a.m. Saturday in the former school playground area.
The volunteers will be clearing out an area in preparation for the new mulch and upgrades to the playground equipment.
Workers are asked to bring shovels and gloves.
Community service hours will be credited to those who need them.
