Volunteers needed for Read and Feed
The Washington Public Library staff are looking looking for readers and eaters beginning at 12:15 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, for the Read and Feed event. If you have a short reading, or poem that you would like to share for this luscious literary event, staff would love to have you join us. Call the library at 653-2726 and you will be registered for a five-minute time slot. If you are not a reader, stop in to listen with or without a lunch.
The library is also accepting donations of canned food to donate to the local food pantry. Food can be dropped off at the front desk.
