W-MU golf teams top Mediapolis on road
MEDIAPOLIS ? The Winfield-Mt. Union golf teams swept yet another SEISC North Division opponent on Tuesday. This time it was Mediapolis on the road at Heritage Oaks Golf Course.
The boys? breezed by the Bulldogs, 168-254. The girls? team shot a 204 and the Bullettes did not have enough golfers to qualify.

MEDIAPOLIS ? The Winfield-Mt. Union golf teams swept yet another SEISC North Division opponent on Tuesday. This time it was Mediapolis on the road at Heritage Oaks Golf Course.
The boys? breezed by the Bulldogs, 168-254. The girls? team shot a 204 and the Bullettes did not have enough golfers to qualify.
Kaleb Hagge had another great day, shooting a 36 to lead all golfers. He made birdies on holes one, three and seven. The front nine at Heritage Oaks is a par-37, putting Hagge one under par.
Nolan Ross shot a 41, including a birdie on hole four. Kash Rossiter made a birdie on four as well and finished third overall with a 43.
Graham Hagge scored a 48. Jarod Kadel finished at 55 and Noah Freeman ended the day at 58.
Sophie Kongable and Lexee Hartsock continued to lead the Lady Wolves. Kongable shot a 48 and Hartsock shot a 49 to get first and second individually.
Haley Rodgers finished at 52. Lauren Jamison shot a 55. Lauren Hagge finished at 58 and Sabrina Moody shot a 79 to roundout the team.
The W-MU boys will be at home for their sectional tournament on Friday, May 12. The girls? team will have their regional tournament on Monday, May 15. Both of those meets will begin at 10 a.m.
