This year?s WACO CROP Drive will receive 25 percent of local donations. The monies will be channeled through the WACO Ministerial Association and used within the two WACO Community Funds.
These funds from CROP. (Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty), will be used to meet physical needs of people within the WACO area. The other 75 percent of donations will still go to those in the most desperate need who suffer from fire, flood, storm damage, famine, war, disease and poverty both nearby and around the world. This year?s goal is $36,000.
Please give generously when CROP Canvassers call on you to help provide ?Enough for All!? The 2015 WACO C.R.O.P. Drive begins on Sunday, Sept. 27, and will continue through Nov. 1. For more information call 319-256-5463.
