WACO?s second graduating class has 50th reunion

WACO?s second graduating class, the Class of 1964, met for their 50th class reunion June 20-21, 2014.

Friday night started the event with a cocktail party at the home of Sid and Wanda Brooks with 49 attending.

Saturday offered many possible activities, with classmates trying to take in as many as time allowed. One group played golf while others visited the first WACO High School (originally the Olds High/Grade School), followed by a visit to the Swedesburg Museum, then a visit to the WACO Grade School (originally the Crawfordsville High/Grade School), and a visit to the Wayland Museum. Activities ended with a catered dinner and mixer activities at the Wayland Community Center with 59 attending. Another reunion is planned for 2019.
