Wagner to celebrate 95th birthday April 11
Holly Wagner, of 206 E. Roosevelt, in Danville, will celebrate his 95th birthday on Monday, April 11, 2016.
Wagner was born and raised in Danville, the son of Charlie and Blanche Wagner. Holly Wagner, of 206 E. Roosevelt, in Danville, will celebrate his 95th birthday on Monday, April 11, 2016.
Wagner was born and raised in Danville, the son of Charlie and Blanche Wagner. He graduated from Danville High School, Burlington Junior College, and Iowa Wesleyan College, where he played basketball and met his future wife, Kay. He taught school and coached in Corydon and Olds following college, and then returned to Danville in 1949, where he worked at IAAP and farmed.
He will be celebrating his 95th birthday with his children, Pam and Bob Day, of Carlisle; Mark Wagner, of San Diego, Calif.; and Jill and George Bowers, of Mesa, Ariz.; and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
