Name: Emma Ruth Jarrard

4-H Club: Washington Hustlers and Washington Horse and Pony
Projects:. I have done many repurpose projects.
4-H Activities: secretary of Horse and Pony Club, trail rides, food for family at Christmas.
Special 4-H memory/highlight: I enjoyed doing the white elephant gift exchange and the bowling party with my 4-H groups.
What I learned in 4-H:
'I learned how to work with others and how to help younger members and to try to be a good role model for the,” says Emma Ruth. 'Others should join because you learn a lot and make many friends. 4-H also brings forth many opportunities.”
Other Activities. I loved going on trail rides.
Future plans: I plan to work on my farm and perhaps other farms.

Mud Volleyball, Amazing Race, Mummy/Son and Father/Daughter dances
Special 4-H memory/highlight: My 4-H highlight was working with Bridget Litwiller and Kevin Hora to design and build a new horse wash rack.
What I learned in 4-H:
'4-H has helped me communicate better with my peers as well as with the community,” says Ellie. 'I was able to learn how to do interviews, raise money, livestock and even run my club meetings. I love 4-H and it's truly my second family.
Future plans: I plan to attend Kirkwood to pursue a career in EMS/law enforcement.
