Washington 4-H to host open house at Unc & Neph’s March 30

On Tuesday, March 30 Washington County 4-H will host an open house event at Unc & Neph's in Washington. 4-H staff and 4-H Youth Committee members will be present from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. to answer questions about 4-H and volunteering. The community is welcome to come and learn more in a casual one on one setting. Door prizes included.

Unc & Neph's in Washington is supporting Washington County 4-H that evening with its Tuesday Fundraising Night. From 5 p.m. until close, 10 percent of sales will go to Washington County 4-H. There is no need to pay extra or tip extra, but simply go eat with family and friends at Unc & Neph's and Washington County 4-H will benefit.

Washington County 4-H is excited to kick off Spring events and are still welcoming new members and volunteers. Those interested can contact the Washington County Extension Office at 319-653-4811.
