Washington City Council to meet

The Washington City Council will meet at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 20, at 120 East Main Street.

Items on the agenda include: urban duck permit for 1645 Highland Avenue, fall bio-solids land application quotations, Halcyon site plan, application for regional surface transportation program funds - West Buchanan Street, consideration of demolished building burn - 220 East Jefferson Street, report on well No. 6, engineering agreement with Fox Engineering - well No. 6 competitive quotations, agreement for services with Lynch Dallas P.C., final change order for South 12th and East Tyler paving project, accepting South 12th and East Tyler paving project as completed, resolution fixing an amount to be assessed against private property for the South Twelfth 2014 paving project and directing the engineer to file an assessment schedule with the city, resolution naming depositories for the City of Washington, resolution authorizing levy, assessment and collection of costs to the Washington County Treasurer and third reading of an ordinance allowing partial residential use of the ground floors of buildings in a B-1 central business district.
