Washington County Hospital and Clinics Board to meet Thursday

The Washington County Hospital and Clinics Board of Trustees will meet at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 29, 2023 in the Robert Nicola Conference Room at the Washington County Hospital & Clinics, 400 E. Polk Street, Washington.

The purpose of the meeting is to hold the regular monthly Board Meeting. The Board will conduct the regular monthly meeting, which will include provider discussion report, medical staff report, personnel report, review of the May 2023 financial reports—including FY24 Operating and Capital budgets, and CEO report.

Following the open session, the Board will hold a closed session according to State of Iowa Code 21.5(1)(l) for Peer Review and Strategic Planning/Community Based Care and according to State of Iowa Code 21.5(1)(a) for a Compliance Report.
