Washington High School Class of 1962 plans reunion

The Washington High School Class of 1962 is holding a reunion on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2023.

The reunion will be held at the Marr Park Convention Hall about 5 miles east of Washington on Highway 92. Thursday activities start at the Convention Hall with a 9:30 a.m. Social Time and 10 a.m. Brunch prepared by classmates followed by a visit to Washington to tour the State Theater and the new YMCA.

Thursday activities conclude back at the Convention Hall with a 5:30 p.m. Social Time and 6:30 p.m. catered meal and program followed by a campfire and marshmallow roast. Bring your own lawn chairs!

Two additional informal reunion activities include a social gathering at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Unc-N-Neph's, 1015 W. Madison Street and breakfast at the Frontier Cafe on Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. Classmates are encouraged to attend and join the fun and reminiscing!
