The Washington Public Library will host the following events in October:
FriYaY Funday
Friday, Oct. 15 at 1:30-2:30 p.m. in Washington’s Central Park
Join the library for an hour of fall fun activities. This event is free for school age kids, and no registration is required.
Teen DIY Yarn Pumpkin
Monday, Oct. 18 at 4 p.m. in Washington’s Central Park
“Give Em’ Pumpkin to Craft About!” is the theme of this event. Learn how to make a festive yarn pumpkin. All of the supplies will be provided by the Washington Public Library. This event is free for grades 6th-12th.
Remy Lai - Author Visit
Thursday, Oct. 21 at 4 p.m. via Zoom
Join Remy Lai, author of the 2021 Kids All Iowa Reads title “Pie in the Sky” for an hour of conversation via Zoom.
