Washington library hosting Mitten Tree

The Washington Public Library is sponsoring the Mitten Tree this year.
Residents are asked to donate new mittens, gloves, hats, scarves and adult underwear to the Mitten Tree by Friday, Dec. 10.
All items will be given to local children and adults in need this holiday season.
