Washington library hosting virtual presentation on ‘mending sessions’

The Washington Library’s Fiber Arts February will host a program at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24 called “The Collective Mending Sessions: How do we mend our communities?”
It will be a virtual presentation courtesy of artist Catherine Reinhart of Ames. The presentation will answer the questions: “How can craft become a catalyst for social repair? What metaphors from hand mending can apply to broader issues within our communities?”
