The Washington Public Library is hosting a number of programs over Zoom in January.
' The library will hold a program on winter cycling with guest Maryann Mori at 7 p.m. Jan. 14. To register, call 319-653-2726 or email tammy.valentine@washington.lib.ia.us.
' The library's Tammy Valentine will host a discussion on author Stephen King via Zoom on Jan. 25.
The event will last from 1-2 p.m. that day. To register, call 319-653-2726 or email tammy.valentine@washington.lib.ia.us.
Participants can discuss any of King's books they wish, and the group will discuss King's life overall.
Some of King's famous works include 'It,” 'The Shining,” 'The Stand,” 'Pet Sematary” and The Dark Tower series.
