The Washington Public Library is going to be limiting some programming in the next couple of weeks. Lego Club, which meets Mondays, will be cancelled until further notice. There will be Lego Challenges every Monday in March at 4 p.m. that will be on the library's Facebook Page. Patrons are encouraged to post pictures of your Lego Creations you make from home.
The library will also be postponing our Movie Madness next Wed. Mar. 18th to an yet-to-be determined date.
'Please know we are being proactive at the library with diligence of cleaning/sanitizing and ongoing evaluation whether to postpone certain programming events,” stated a news release from the library. 'We are following advice of Iowa Dept. of Public Health, our State Library of Iowa, and the CDC.”
