Washington library to host program on bookplates

The Washington Public Library asks the public to visit at 12:15 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12 for a history lesson.
A program in the Nicola Stoufer Room with Mary Patterson will show how Patsy Wilson collected the bookplates, and close up views of a number of them. Get a sneak peek by checking out the bookplates on display in the Helen "Patsy" Wilson Gallery.
